Background: His parents were world renound architects. At the age of 3 they were murdered by a crane operator when he dropped 20 tonnes of concrete on them.
James Williams, at the time, was taken into Nebraska House childrens home. He was 9 years old and attending school when four 13 year old bullies ended up with broken bones after they teased him. Jennifer Mitchum approached him while the other kids were at school and he was transported to CHERUB where he passed the recruitment test easily. Ever since he has been eagerly awaiting Basic Training!
